My name is Manuel Cruz. I have been a drummer since I was seven years old! I currently play with the Kelo McKane blues trio and occasionally with Apache Pistol. I will use this space to pay tribute and talk about my favorite drummers and detail some of their specs.

Here are my personal Drum Sets & their Specs.

My main Kit is a Ddrum Dios Maple Series in Red Sparkle.  This is my Rock  / Studio Set Up. It features a 22′ x 20 Bass Drum. 8 x 10, 12 x 12, and 14 x 16 Toms.

I use a 14” Pink Sparkle DW Collector’s Snare Drum, A Roland SPDs Electronic Drum Pad. Zildjian 14” K Dark Custom Hi Hats. (2) 18” Dark Crashes , 21” K Hybrid Ride and a 22” K Hybrid China. As well as all DW 9000 Hardware.

My Blues / Gig Kit is a Ludwig Club Date – Ringo Starr Replica

It features a 20” x 14” Bass Drum. a 12 x 12” Hanging Tom and a 14 x 14 Floor Tom.

With this kit I use a Yamaha Steve Jordan Signature Snare as well as  Zildjian 17” Dark K Custom Crashes as Hi Hats. A 19” K Constantinople Crash and a 22″ Dark Sweet Ride.
